I am Susmita from Gujarat, India. A mother of an adult son and a teen daughter.
Today, I want to share my feelings from the beginning.
It was a miracle for me to give birth to another human. I used to stare him in utmost amaze for hours. It was just a miracle for me. He was very delicate and weak. Still I instantly fell in love with that little ball of sponge. Not knowing then onwards the baby would become the center of my life.
I was raised by the parents who are God fearing, well educated and very responsible towards family.
I wanted to give same environment to my child. But it was difficult. I was worried . How to raise my child in such a way that he should become a good human being?
I took my mother’s advice. She told me to pray and dedicate the child in God’s hand, as it is written in Scripture that ‘children are the real wealth given by God.’ I did so. I prayed to God to bless, keep and raise my son in His ways. Now I can see the fruits of my prayer. He is the most humble, loving, caring and responsible son one could ever asked for!
Not only this, in 2005 a little sibling of my son made her way to my home straight from heaven. What a sweet little angel she is!
I’m really thankful to God Almighty for such a wonderful gifts.
